What group fitness classes do we offer?
These classes are in Room #2. These are NOT spinning classes.
Beginner Mat Pilates: This foundational class introduces the core principals of Pilates — breath, alignment, control, and concentration. You’ll learn basic mat exercises that build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility, all with a strong focus on proper form and core engagement. Ideal for those new to Pilates or returning after a break, this class moves at a gentle pace with clear instruction and plenty of modifications to help you feel confident and successful on the mat.
Burn: Find your rhythm and build lasting endurance in this low-impact, steady-paced cardio class! Perfect for all fitness levels, this session focuses on maintaining a consistent heart rate over time to improve aerobic capacity, burn fat, and boost stamina. You’ll move at a sustainable pace that feels challenging–but doable. Set to energizing music and guided by supportive coaching, this class is ideal for fat-burning, recovery days, or building a strong fitness foundation.
Dance Cardio: Turn up the music and let the beats move you! Dance cardio is a high-energy dance cardio workout that blends easy-to-follow choreography with nonstop movement for a full-body burn. Set to an upbeat playlist, you’ll boost your endurance, torch calories, and have a blast while you’re at it. No dance experience needed– just bring your sneakers, smile, and you’re best “dance like nobody’s watching” attitude.
Flow: Strengthen your center, lengthen your muscles, and leave feeling lighter. This class blends targeted core work to improve stability, posture, and overall strength with guided stretching to enhance flexibility and release tension. Expect a mix of mat-based exercises, gentle mobility drills, and mindful breath work. Perfect for all levels–whether you’re building a stronger foundation for your workouts, easing sore muscles, or simply taking time to reset your body and mind.
HITT: a high-energy, full-body workout that blends strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional movements in a fast-paced group setting. Inspired by military-style training, it’s designed to push participants beyond their comfort zones, build endurance, and improve overall fitness.
The Glute Factory: a specialized workout class focused on strengthening, sculpting, and activating the glute muscles– primarily the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus– to improve lower body strength, stability, athletic performance, and aesthetics.
What should you bring to class?
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated
- Cycling shoes (if you have them): Our bikes support SPD cleats for a smoother ride. If you don’t have cycling shoes, no worries- regular athletic shoes work just fine.
- Comfortable Workout Clothes: Breathable, moisure-wicking gear
- Padded cycling shorts help reduce pressure and keep you comfortable in the saddle, but of course, these are optional.
Spinning Classes
Spinning (or indoor cycling) classes are high-energy, instructor-led workouts done on stationary bikes. Set to motivating music and led by expert coaches, these sessions simulate outdoor cycling experiences- think hill climbs, sprints, and endurance rides- all in the comfort of our studio. Our classes are powered by Spivi Studio, a cutting-edge virtual system that transforms your workout into a fully immersive experience. Real-time performance tracking, scenic virtual routes, and gamified challenges help keep you engaged and processing towards your goals.
