Whether you’re a beginner or a cycling enthusiast, our studio will be your new go-to for heart-pumping, sweat-dripping, goal-crushing sessions. 

Spinning Classes

Spinning (or indoor cycling) classes are high-energy, instructor-led workouts done on stationary bikes. Set to motivating music and led by expert coaches, these sessions simulate outdoor cycling experiences- think hill climbs, sprints, and endurance rides- all in the comfort of our studio. Our classes are powered by Spivi Studio, a cutting-edge virtual system that transforms your workout into a fully immersive experience. Real-time performance tracking, scenic virtual routes, and gamified challenges help keep you engaged and processing towards your goals.

What is Spivi?

Spivi Studio is an advanced indoor cycling system designed to transform traditional spin classes into immersive, interactive experiences. It combines real-time performance tracking, 3D visual environments, and gamified elements to enhance engagement and motivation during workouts. 

What should you bring to Spivi Spin class?

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated- Spivi sessions are intense!
  • Heart Rate Monitor (if you have one, available for rent if not) Spivi can sync with many devices to track your performance in real-time on the big screen.
  • Cycling shoes (if you have them): Our bikes support SPD cleats for a smoother ride. If you don’t have cycling shoes, no worries- regular athletic shoes work just fine. 
  •  Comfortable Workout Clothes: Breathable, moisure-wicking gear
  • Padded cycling shorts help reduce pressure and keep you comfortable in the saddle, but of course, these are optional.
